Every Amber Lamp comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• LED or electronic faults under normal household use.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage or power surges.

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and a description (with photos/video) of the issue. If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the affected part or product.
